The requirements for this role:
• Strong expertise in maintenance and administration of production Kubernetes clusters.
• Expertise in DevOps and CI/CD implementation (deployments automation).
• Strong experience with Linux system administration in production.
• Containerization technologies (Docker & Containerd).
• Experience in coding/scripting for automation (GitOps -mindset).
• Experience with Configuration Management / Deployment tools (git, Jenkins).
• Experience with DevOps orchestration tools - e.g. Jenkins pipelines (Groovy), Ansible, Python, Linux scripting.
• Experience with logging and monitoring solutions (Splunk, Dynatrace).
• Platform security emphasis.
• Ability to address shortcomings and independently initiate corrective actions.
• Ability to explain issues clearly and concisely and establish effective working relationships in a distributed and global team.
• In urgent maintenance needs readiness to work outside office hours.


Useful skills and experience:
• Ability to work independently without constant precise instruction.
• Being Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) would be a plus.
• Hands-on experience with VMWare virtualization.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible / Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
• Experience with networks administration and common network protocols.
• Capability to provide Competence transfer of the K8s platform maintenance.
