We are looking for a Salesforce CRM Consultant for our client to support the development and optimization of their Salesforce environment.

CRM Data Management & Development (Sales Cloud)

-Database cleanup and optimization

-Removal of bounce email addresses and validation of required data

-Import of new contact lists (approx. 1,000 names)

-Segmentation of the existing database (approx. 1,200 contacts)

-Data enrichment: completing missing fields and correcting inaccurate contact details

-Lead process development and optimization

-Development of sales proposal templates within Salesforce

Marketing & Automation Support (later)

-Support in developing marketing automation processes and customer journeys

Client is considering both fully remote working model and hybrid model where the consultant can visit the client in Helsinki now and then
