The main responsibility is platform reliability and continuity.

The requirements of the role:
• Strong technical background in Azure infrastructure, especially networking and platform-level services.
• Ability to understand complex solution architectures.
• Very experienced in Reliability Engineering: availability, performance, and continuity management.
• Skilled in disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Experience designing and maintaining robust monitoring frameworks.
• Able to identify dependencies, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Experience of developing practices aligned with DevOps best practices.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of service quality and user experience.
• Fluent communication in Finnish and English.
